StashCard – Laptop stash box.

I’m not really sure what to think of this little gadget. It’s a tiny stash box the fits into the PC card slot of your laptop. Call me crazy, but the last place I would want to store money or any other valuable is inside of a laptop.

Is a thief going to break into my looking for money, see my laptop and say, “Damn I wish that was a hundred dollar bill.” And then kindly leave the laptop and my car? No, he’s going to take the laptop. Then I will be out the laptop and whatever was hidden in it.

Not to mention that the thief will probably be too dumb to figure out that there is a hidden compartment in the thing. Thus the cheapskate who buys my hot laptop will get more than he paid for.
