hulu Goes Live

For some unknown reason, I planned a month long trip to Costa Rica the day after the season 4 premier of House. If you watch the show, you know how much you anticipate each show. Seeing a season premier episode and then not being able to watch the following four episodes was painful.
Thanks to a new website, hulu, you may never have to miss another TV show while you travel. As long as you have access to a high speed internet connection, you’ll have easy access to some of the most popular shows on TV.
hulu is more of a TV show aggregator site than YouTube site. hulu dosent show you low quality web videos. Instead, hulu works by organizing all of the top online TV shows into one place. You can easily find every episode of your favorite TV show separated by episodes, seasons, and even the most popular clips.
Some of the most popular shows currently found on hulu are:
- LOST
- Simpsons
- Family Guy
- Terminator
- The Office
- House
Hulu is currently in beta testing, but will be open to the public starting March 12, 2008. So bookmark the site and check back soon!

Actually I believe HULU uses ip lookup to block users from countries other than the United States so unless you know how to use proxy servers you won’t be able to use HULU when traveling outside the United States.
I am a HULU beta tester and it is a pretty cool service… but would be better if it was accessible in other countries while traveling.
