Wireless Network Detector

WIFIFinding a Wi-Fi hotspot can be a daunting task, especially when you’re in a hurry. Thanks to advances in modern science, if you’re too lazy to turn on your smartphone and enable the Wi-Fi, you could just pull out your PCTEL Wireless Network Detector and test the signal strength in your area.

Unlike some Wireless Detectors, the WiFi Seeker is capable of distinguishing between actual Wi-Fi signals and other RF frequencies, so you don’t get confused and think your microwave can actually double as a wireless modem.

For $15 it’s not a very expensive gadget, and it might actually save you a little bit of time.
