The Face of an iPOD

2 weeks before my iPOD turned 1, it showed me a sad face. I did what Apple advised but to no avail. I did the 5Rs and the sad face didn’t disappear. 4 emails and 2 fax messages later, I gave up. I realized that there was no chance in hell that my iPOD’s sad face will be replaced by the sweet sound of music via repair or replacement under warranty.

In the end, I also had a sad face. One sad face among the many sad faces.
