Just like trackball mice are outdated, cords are too. Maybe that’s why Logitech made the Cordless Mini Optical Mouse. Then again, maybe it was intended to provide convenience to the laptop user who doesn’t like their touchpad. Whatever the reason is, it sure seems to fit the bill.

At 2 pounds, it might be a little heavy, but at 4.5 x 2 inches, it’s not large, that’s for sure. What makes this mouse cool is the fact that it automatically shuts off when not in use to help you save the battery, as well as an indicator light that gives a heads up when it needs more juice.
