Funky USB Drives

A USB Drive — pretend you don’t know — is also referred to as a flash drive. It’s a self-powered drive that can be diretly connected to your computer through the USB port. You can use it to save or transfer any data type like .xls, .jpg, .mpg or .txt.

Gone are the days when all USB drives were all designed as this rectangular oh-so-boring little piece of gadget. Now, the designs are getting crazier and crazier. You will not even be able to tell at first look if its a USB drive or not.

You have staples from a Japanese restaurant like a sake bottle, sushi and tempura. The neighborhood Chinese restaurant sent in their siomai dimsum, too.

Some sick-o designed one that looks like a thumb (probably because USB drives are also called thumb drives).

And then someone put a drive in Barbie. Nothing weird there. Except that when you have to use the USB, Barbie becomes head-less.

dialog05 *bless his creative soul* saves us all from those tacky designs with his clean, functional design lines.

There’s a funky USB drive for every taste. If you can’t find one that fits your personality, you may just have to buy one of those rectangular ones.
