Calorie Counter on Your Mobile Phone

By Melissa | Permalink | No Comments | December 1st, 2006 | Trackback

Business Travel means dining out with your business partners and/or colleagues. And if you have to do it often enough, it may pave the way for the continouos expansion of your waistline.

If you do not want to be nicknamed lard-o or, worse, suffer a heart-attack in the future, you may want to keep a close look at your calorie intake. Not only with what you eat on the ground, you should also take a look at the calorie content of airline meals. Every meal counts; even those which are served on-board.

Another way to avoid gaining weight is to upgrade your mobile phone. Some phones not only have mp3s and cameras, they also have calorie counters. A few can even be strapped onto your wrist for proper monitoring.

Cheaper Option: Download Calorie Counter + for $3.
