Apple faces second class-action lawsuit
Date: August 17th, 2007 | Yes, Apple has again been sued about the iPhone. Sydney Leung is accusing Apple, and AT&T for that matter, of purposely not disclosing the battery life expectancy of the iPhone to customers.
